We moved here in the midst of a relocation from Minneapolis and had to rent sight unseen. We moved from a house we were nervous about apartment living but were very pleasantly suprised when we got here.

Management is fantstic, Kerri made the renting process really easy, considering we had to do it from 1000 miles away. They were very helpful even going as far as helping us get around town since we didn't even know where the grocery store was located. They were also great with our dog and cat and were dissapointed if we stopped by the office without the dog.

The grounds are beautiful and the apartment was very well maintained. Our place was freshly painted and had new carpet and the view of the mountains is great. I'd definately recommend a third floor unit. We were towards the back of the complex so the freeway noise wasn't too big an issue. The neighbors were all pretty cool and pretty quiet.

We've since bought another house, but I have recommended a number of people to them.
