I have lived in Sammamish View apartments for two years and it was a great place to live. You really do get what you pay for. It's quite and close to everything. It's actually 14 min away from down town Seattle (depending on how fast your drive :) and about 8 minutes to both Cross Roads and Factoria. There is an Albertson near by and a Dominos pizza joint for you're gluttonous needs.

There is a wonderful walk path at the entrance of the complex which is a pretty nice to take walks during the summer. The complex has a decent gym but if you really want to go for a work out there's a Bally Total Fitness just down the road. Theres a racquetball court in the complex too.

Management is exceptional and very competent. They will go above and beyond the norm to please you which is not something that can be said of many apartment complexes.

The good: connivance, quietness, management, grounds, easy parking and the fresh baked cookies at the office.

The bad: Not so great interior layout for the one bedroom apartment, and old appliances.

I would recommend this apartment and in fact two people I have recommended are still living there.
