I really enjoyed living here

I moved to Sammamish View three years ago to lessen my auto commute to work and recently moved after buying a house, also close to work.
I rented a one-bedroom on the top floor of the D-building with a view of the Cascades and (especially in winter) a view of the lake. It was extremely quiet (surprisingly so, since I had easy-on, easy-off access to both I-90 and I-405). Access to Snoqualamie Pass was 35-minutes, and downtown Seattle, about 20 minutes by car.
The apartment had fairly new major appliances (electric kitchen and washer-dryer) and quite tall ceilings which expanded the space. The deck facing Lake Sammamish was functional but not very big.
There is a great pool and exercise facility with an indoor racquet-ball/hand-ball court. Oh, and it's directly on the Issaquah-Bellevue I-90 bike trail and only 1.5 miles from the Mercer Island bike trail into Seattle.
My neighbors were quiet. The working staff (Laura and Meagan) were really nice and very helpful. Basically, I was extremely happy with the entire staff and the way Sammamish View is managed.
