i'm pretty new to the complex, but so far i like it. the staff is very nice, and it's pretty quite. i live on the second floor and so every once and a while i can hear little foot steps run across the apartment, but it doesn't bother me... it's an apartment and they aren't perfect.

one thing i do have to note is that when i first moved in, there was hair in my shower drain. i had my mom over to visit that night and she cleaned it out for me, but the drain was still clogged. also,when we very first got there nothing was wiped clean. but i sanitized the place and it's all taken care of.

yes its true they do make you sign this mold waver form, but hello it's the northwest of course theres going to be mold. and yes there are ways to prevent and fix that type of issue. it's not that big-a-deal.

over all i like my apartment, i like where i'm located, and i like the people.
