I relocated from the DFW area and looked for places close to work. I had it narrowed down to Sammamish View and the place across from Microsoft on 148th. Little did I know about the Microsoft traffic until somebody told me. Considering that, the closer proximity work, quick access to the freeway, and local access to a few strip malls I choose Sammamish View.

Now from what I understand they have went through a few changes since I've been there. I know the property manager was a really nice lady - seemed a bit young but never had a real problem with her. The other worker was Candice and she made it apparent that she was only there to do her job and nothing more! Besides some rude looks and incompetence on her part I kept it strictly business with her.

As far as the places go I choose this one because it was the best place for the $$$. It was very inside although the way the kitchens are set up is weird. The heaters were a bit old school but the real fireplace made up for that! Parking was never a problem though it does get packed on Sundays. Cleve was the maintenance man when I was there and he was one of the nicest fellows around...even offered to wash my car a few times.

My only complaint before I moved to my desired location - DOWNTOWN - was that the a bitter old woman happened to be a neighbor. and she was constantly harassing people...sheesh! I was glad to leave her behind. Now that I live downtown I have less space and pay for parking (i guess that's to be expected downtown) but while I saved at Sammamish View I can say it was worth it. I would do it again.

Wait a minute.....When was I ever rude to you? Im sorry but I loved my job and I was new there......during a renovation no less. Things were really crazy around there for a long time and I apologize if I was ever rude to you. Working at Sammamish View is still on the top of my list as one of my favorite jobs. Thats unfortunate some people thought I was rude.............
