When I moved in here last June, this place was AWESOME! There's good parking, my unit looks great, and they had this really good staff. The manager, Carrie, was this cool english lady who rented me my apartment, and whenever I had to go in to talk to her about stuff, she never blew me off. The assistant manager, Heather, was so nice and helpful and she always knew how to help me and what was going on. She even brought me a package once to my apartment cause I sprained my ankle and couldn't get up and down the stairs very easy. Even the maintenance guys knew their ----, and stuff was always fixed right away. Jeff was cool and really easy to talk to. Tony always does a really good job.

Then something happened. I don't know what, since they don't tell anyone anything, but first Heather left, which sucked because they replaced her with this girl who doesn't know her head from her ass. That was bad, but then Carrie left, and Jeff left, and now the only person there I want to deal with is Tony.

I HATE dealing with Hillary! She talks to me like I'm an idiot and SHE'S the idiot. She loses things, has lost my paperwork like three times. She never knows what's going on. I swear she has no common sense. I don't go near the office because just the sound of her voice annoys me. Plus, she's snippy with the people here if they disagree with her and if she does like you then she calls you "hon" and "sweetie". Gag! She's completely incompetent and if she's going to be in charge of this place, then I'm so breaking my lease.

Should you rent at Sammamish View' ONLY if they get a new staff and Hillary leaves. Until then, stay the hell away from here because right now, it totally sucks.

PLEASE WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE, HIRE SOME COMPETENT PEOPLE!!!

I have to agree, Hillary is no Carrie or Heather...and she talks too much! I want to be in and out not talk about much ado about nothing. Hillary's job is real simple and I don't think she gets it...when I tell you something is wrong, something is really wrong regardless of what your personal opinions are and it needs to be fixed! Simple as ABC. As for Tony, he's pretty cool. Straight to the point and he seems to know what he is doing. I would definitely prefer to deal with him than Hillary.

I disagree with this review, I think Hillary is plesant and I always find her as good or even better than Carrie or others in the past.
