Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I've lived here for about 2 years with my husband. I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing of the apartments for the space and condition. Bellevue is considered to be a pricey area, but these apartments are really affordable, especially if you are on a fixed budget like we are. The office staff has always been pleasant and we've had no problems with the maintenance doing work orders in a timely manner. I am extremely happy with this apartment.
