----- the previous manager used to accept cash but the new management doesn't. Did they inform anyone' No. We paid our rent with partial check and cash, of course they cannot find my cash payment...thank you to the Maintenance person who enters the office EVERY morning to place the overnight checks onto the desk...thank you and enjoy our money! And say GOODBYE to your security while ur there...they will enter your apartment without calling you...thankfully my gf wasn't home, they were supposed to call her since she is the renter not ME, her bf...I only asked them to fix the drainage problem and told them to call her to OK them entering the apartment. Anyway, I will make sure we WILL get our money back, one way or another!
