second street apartment recently changed management, to it's residents dismay. A rude, condesending management staff ruined what was an otherwise enjoyable place to live. Not only is the staff very rude, but they are also never around, dont return phone calls, and dont accept responsiblity for the neglect of their residents. Hi, I just moved here and manager Cindy was new and helped me adjust very well. Even opening up the office early so that I could get my package. Very professional and extremely helpful for me and is there when I call three times so far within a week and a half of moving in! I asked the neghbor about your comment (they've been here over 4 years) and they like that they finally have someone here who is personable as well and so far doesn't see where this is coming from. Anyways, I like it here and feel it was a great move considering the manager I met (you must have met someone else?)
