Avoid this place at all costs, not worth your time or money.
Pros: Good location if you work close by and close by Bellevue transit center. ----- is maintenance guy, he's only thing good about this place.
Cons: Very bad management by the apt. manager -----. You will hard time if you want something done by her. Very THIN WALLS and FLOORS!!!(IF you have to move here, make sure you get the 4th floor), you can hear people outside and all around you. Water/Sewer bills are high, around $65 a month on to your rent. Parking costs around $50-75 depends if you got a deal or not when you signed the contract.
Smells funny in hallways and in garage. More weird and strange ppl are moving in and couple of times some ppl had threw up in the elevator and in garage. Too many crazy noises to deal w/ the construction going in very early mornings and ppl walking like elephants in the hallways, shakes the whole apartments.
