The first prank stunt happened on 12/25/05 as the fire alarm went off because of burnt rubber car tires. The 2nd prank stunt happened the next night as another alarm went off and this time the alarm was deliberately pulled off. The mail boxes were also broken into twice during the recent past.

Is it really the apartment communities fault that the residents that reside there puul pranks? At least the fire alarm system works...

The mailboxes were only broken into 1 time and they caught the thief that night as Sir Gallahad wasn't the only place that was hit that time; this was Christmas weekend of 2004. Thanks to the surveillance camera at the office the thief was caught. I've talked with the postman in the B blg and he said the boxes haven't been broken into but if a batch of boxes is found open it's a) the postman in his place didn't make sure the lock was in the locked position or b) the box's frame needs maintenance's attention. And since it's a Federal Crime to get into the mailboxes without a USPS representative to witness the repair the repair completion sometimes takes a few days. All the mail stays either at the post office or with the letter carrier. B blg. mailboxes have never been broken into. |
