Apartment average. Ridiculous garage with tiny spaces. Rated the smallest apartment garage in Bellevue. Be careful if you drive a nice car, 9 times out of 10 it will get dinged. Maintenace guy very good. Management staff flakey, WATCH YOURSELF WHEN YOU MOVE OUT, they charge you for the most ridiculous items, ESPECIALLY when you went to great pains to clean it. Quality appliances within the apartment I have to say and ample free guest parking. Other than that, dont waste your time.
