I have been a resident at Sir Gallahad for almost 3 years now and love it. It is a great location, the residents are great, with the exception of one bad apple who is now gone, and the office staff is great. Having recently lost their Assistant Manager, Corrie, to a tragic and sudden car accident they seem to be holding up well. I know Corrie is missed very much. But Joe and Ali, though there may be some rough days, haven't skipped a beat. Ali has apologized on several occassions to me about the hallways or the stairwells not being kept up like they used to be. (It isn't unusual to catch Ali with the multiple cleaning tools plugging away on the hallways and stairwells and elevators often.)
