I lived there in a studio from late 2004 to mid 2005. The quality of the appliances are poor in the apartment and noise levels are high--you can hear your neighbors (walls are thin) and you can smell cigarette smoke if someone if smoking out in the balcony.

When i moved out, even though i didn't clean the apartment, i.e. capet clean it, the mgmt not only took my full refundable bit but also charged me an extra 130 bucks for cleaning!!

I was ripped off and did not fight them. What could i do' So leaving this note as a warning to folks looking to move here.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME. IN FACT WAS CHARGED THE SAME AMOUNT EXTRA ALTHOUGH THE PLACE WAS THOROUGHLY CLEANED!!!

You know what? I went through the same experience there. I urge people to pay attention to these reviews!! I wish I had. I spent about five hours making sure to leave the apartment spotless and they sent me a bill for all the "touch-up" cleaning they say they had to do. It is extremely irritating to have spent so many hours cleaning the place and making sure that the person after me finds the place spotless only to get a cleaning bill in the mail for charges that are completely bogus. Renters be aware! The place it NOT worth it. There are better options out there. If you want to get screwed, and you will be, Sir Galahad is the place to be.
