If your looking for a single unit... this place is perfect... its new building, always clean, GREATTT STAFF... Alley & Joe(the Building staff) are phenomenal... they made my move very easy and were very accommodating... its near the freeway and close to the center of everything in bellevue.

The negative comments posted here are just probably people who are too picky or people who abused the place.

Well I would have to disagree. While some people (mostly pretty women) found Joe to be friendly and helpful everyone I spoke with said he was pretty incompetient. I am actually a very forgiving person but the thin walls were just too much. When I first moved in I was fairly happy with the place but when the screaming child moved in down the hall and the person in the apt below started banging when I was just walking to my bathroom I realized these apts are very poorly made. I do agree that the majority of the building stays clean, however, the garage is disgusting. There is mold on the walls in both levels of the garage and the garbage is very difficult to get to for half of the residents. Sir Gallahad is far from a 4 star rating.
