I've lived at this apartment for a few months now. I like it. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean. Great location. I have a few minor concerns, but overall I think it's a good place to live for a single person.

Parking spaces are pretty cramped. I wish the visitor parking lot was bigger, and at least on the same block of the building. I think a utilities are a bit high, but maybe that's just the rate it is in Bellevue area. I pay over 60 bucks in utilities for only one person in a studio.

I think rent is good deal for the location. and don't be fool by the photos. the studios aren't that spacious, but it works well for someone that doesn't need much space. I'm not too bother with neighbor noise. everyone is pretty quiet. but the people above me seem to have kids running around all the times, so the footsteps in the morning is a little annoying.

I wish they take down the doors to get to the elevators. it's annoying when you have an arm full of groceries or when you are moving in/out.

Overall, it's a good place to stay at if you want the location. I like it.

Thank you for your review. The doors to the elevators weren't our idea. Bellevue Fire Code requirement. In the event of a fire those doors are designed for over 2.5 hours of barrier. Good thing to have if we ever experienced a real fire. I agree the parking isn't the best, but I'm thankful we have parking and that we aren't charging more than $25/mos vs. those with cramped or ample parking charging at the least $100/mos. And for our visitors lot, what a blessing to even have one. John L. Scott's lot and Toys R Us are off limits and at your risk to park there. To have at least 12 visitor parking spaces we are so appreciative to have them. Bellevue is a tight place to park in general.

Thank you for your review. These are very helpful for us, so that we can ensure we continue to make your stay a comfortable and pleasant one.
