I moved out of there three months ago and I am still waiting for my deposit reimbursement I ve called them numerous times and am told that that check will be sent. While I am glad to be out of that awful building, I find it irritating to still have to deal with its staff after so many months. If you are looking for a pleasant place to live trust me, you won t find it there. Before moving there I saw many bad reviews on this place but ignored them all and moved in anyway. I learned my lesson. The building is badly maintained, the parking spots are tiny, the street noise will keep you awake in the summer nights, and they will shamelessly jack up your rent every time your lease expires. But worst of all, when you think you are finally out you still will have to deal with the dishonesty bunch of people that manage the place.
