I moved out couple years ago after a rent hike during the boom years and I'm so happy that I'm finally free again. The apartment manager Ali was very nice at first but will show you a completely different face and attitude when it comes to money, especially when it comes to move-out refund, repair and cleaning; as you can see in the other comments.

why would you post something about it when you were a tenant several years ago. What you have say is irrelavent by now.
