Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000
 
I moved into these apartments after getting my first job in 1997. The neighbors were nice, the apartment was well-maintained, the management was responsive. However, the apartments were converted to low-income in 2000 and the new management company was nonresponsive and nonexistent. It took a police standoff and fire for them to reopen the office and begin maintenance again.
The new neighbors seemed OK when I moved out in 2000 but there were some problems. Parking lot appears very full now. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
