Not a bad place to live...not good for singles or people w/o kids

I've lived here a little over a year. They raised my rent a few months after I didn't renew my lease.
The management and maintenance are extremely prompt. That is the biggest plus here besides the slightly lower rent cost compared to most apartments.
If you don't mind a mixed ethnic diversity then you'll be fine here. There are no white people, mostly Mexican and Slavic families.
The kids run up and down the stairs and outside shared walkway and that can be extremely loud.
If you enjoy a long hot shower, this isn't the place for you.
The worst of this place, to me, is the constant inspections. They have been in my apartments numerous times, I've lost track.
