First of all, if you actually ever need to speak with the management, don?t move here. They are never around and if you leave messages they will never call you back or will confuse you with someone else. It takes several attempts to get them to do anything right. Once the maintenance man gets there, he will fix it correctly, but probably with an attitude that you broke it. Actually, the place is old and falls apart so if can?t be your fault. Parking is okay when the people with garages actually park in them. Otherwise they fill their garages with junk and park in all the free spaces. The electric bill can be a bit pricey in the winter months becuase the townhomes cannot hold any heat that is pumped into them. They also have a problem with the aluminum windows growing mold. However, the home is pretty spacious and they do allow animals so that is a plus. You are also close to just about everything. I would say that this property is okay, but for a short time only. If you have any problems with the community, do not call the Property Management Company becuase they are just as stupid as the management staff they hired.
