We have experienced good service here and would like to recommend it to anyone looking to find privacy in a rental. For your sanity if you haven't rented before, avoid the multi-story stacked apartments. They are not well insulated and it can be quite bothersome when you have to hear footsteps and plumbing all of the time. These town houses are not run down or neglected like other apartments I've lived at. Repairs are done the same day or next day that they are requested. Friendly neighbors, professional staff. Pets are welcome which is also a plus. Lots of parking & no worries of break-ins (touch wood).
