Now that I've lived here a while (5 months) I thought it only fair to write another review.
You cannot beat living in a townhome compared to the stackable apartments.
However, I am surprised by the noise I hear from the two units I live between.
Both sides have children that like to run up and down the stairs. Luckily these kids are young enough where they have an early bedtime.
You do hear your neighbors when they come crashing in at late hours especially when they use the restrooms. That can be annoying.
And as for living on the main road that comes into the complex - forget having a restful sleep on the weekends due to high traffic. Parking lot noise does carry up to the bedroom on that side of the unit too.
There was also a theft in an apartment across from mine not too long ago. I was surprised to be woken by the Bellevue Police asking me if I had seen or heard anything regarding the break-in.
When they tell you your unit is newly renovated - be sure to ask what exactly that means. My unit only got a fresh paint job and new cabinet doors. The appliances are old - since they were built in 1988.
Beware of the Reviews that show 'No Title' they could be the Office Staff writing them! Since they don't live here, how would they really know.

I am the Manager and have lived on the property previously for over a year. The ex-manager lived here over 5 years along with the maintenance staff. The townhomes do get 6 panelled white doors, white trim, mantels, slate or marbel over the old tile, window seals, new flooring (carpet & vinyl)..... They look entirely different than they did in 1988. We would love to show you pictures of the way they looked back then.

I'm a tenant here for over 1 year now and happen to agree with the other tenant that wrote this comment. There is one other thing to mention these apartments bake in the summer and are tough to cool down. No real way to put in air conditioner either. And where do the kids play? In the parking lots since there is no playground. Noise is an issue here too.
