Besides the fact that my children attend the schools in this neighborhood, the staff and town house really played a part in me liking it here and renewing my lease. Factoria is a very good location, the schools are great. For once I choose a place where the pet owners take care of their animals! Thanks to maintenance for being polite and prompt and also to the manager for always making sure my questions are answered, etc. The staff is professional & hard working. Being that it is a town house it feels like a house more than your typical apartment. I would recommend this community over several I had looked at previous to my moving here.
