My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months and overall it's been a good experience. The staff and maintenance crew are friendly and nice to deal with. The fact that the office is open all weekend is very convenient. The neighbors are nice and are good about picking up after their dogs. The parking is ample, not to mention there is also close street parking that is free and plentiful. Noise can be an issue if you live in one of the units near Newport Way or the nearby preschool. The fixtures look nice but are poorly constructed.
