The place is starting to show its age. In the two bedroom model, there is only a phone line in one of the bedrooms. Price was reasonable and location worked for me. Location is good with easy access to the Factoria mall, I-405 and I-90.

We were lucky in that we had a one car garage and a spot in front of the garage. If you get an apartment without a garage, you could be out of luck for parking. There is some street parking, but it involves a short walk and is unsecured. We often heard noise from the people upstairs. It was unclear if they were excessively noisy or if the insulation between levels was inadequate. There was no problem hearing neighbors in adjacent apts.

Service was wonderful. The upstairs neighbors had a water line burst and flood our apartment. The service crew had our apartment dried out in no time. All in all a good value and at a nice location.
