The place is ok, and the manager was a pretty nice old lady for the most part, but that could have been because while I was living there I was in the Coast Guard, and her husband was in the guard for 20 years.

I gave up on every work order I had ever submitted, and when it came time to move out, after having cleaned the apartment "military style" (spotless) the fees started to roll in.

$100 for "exceeding my trash limit". (a few extra bags of trash around the dumpster)

$30 for a broken fauscet (one of those work orders I gave up on)

and here's the kicker...

after breaking my back for three days, making that place cleaner than it had probably ever been, she stuck me with a $200 cleaning fee.
if you rent here, i can assure you that you will NEVER be able to clean the apartment good enough to avoid that fee. so dont bother.

basicly, after I left that place, whatever good feelings I had about my stay, were replaced with a feeling of being blackmaled.

Also, my rent was increased by at least 5% both times that I renewed my lease.

I should have thrown all of my trash back on the floor of the apartment to recover my $100 "trash limit" fee, and get my moneys worth of the $200 cleaning fee!!!
