The apartment is pleasant and in a nice neighborhood plus very close to an elementary and middle school. But, unless you dont mind paying a lot of extras, especially during move out, I will not recommend this place.


Molds from moisture during the cold months were a special concern for myself and several friends from work who also stayed in the complex because the air circulation is not good even though windows can be cracked open but was still not enough unless you want them way open. As a result, water from condensation accumulate in bathrooms, walls, and every other places like there were leaks in those areas.

We've met other tenants, compared notes and agreed that the Apartment Manager was very unreasonable about charging tenants fees and penalties (ex. $70 for first time late rent payment by just 1 day, $170 for move-out cleaning fees - even after friend swore he cleaned up apartment well, etc), and never gave an inch nor listened to our explanations. The warning was that the worst bills come at move-out time and that no matter what you say, the manager would insist on charging for every little bit of detail. Sadly, we found out the last was especially true. Our average bills from our respective units were from $400 to $800.
