Ditto about the manager. She's a bitter old lady that seem cordial upon first meeting, but as you get to know her you begin to understand her cynical contempt for all her residents. The two bedroom townhouse has a lot of space, but the plumbing is horrible! Obviously an oversite when they remodelled. The water runs orange and the faucets are all broken in some form or another. The tandem parking is awful and the 'centrally' located garbage dumpster is about a 1 mile walk from most units.. which is horrible when you're carrying 40 pounds of trash in the rain! Overall, not worth the price.. not even in Bellevue. You can rent a house nearby for about the same.
