The townhomes are very old and it is up to the previous tenant to clean the apartment so when you come in, the apartment can still be very dirty and management does not replace anything if it is worn down. The management here is terrible. You better have a backup plan if your applicance(s) breakdown as they won't get fixed for quite some time. The rent seems good when it's advertised, but you'll soon find out that you're responsible for all the utilities, despite the faulty advertising that says utilities are included. Totaly agree, now they even took the apartment name down, so people would not find the ratings.

Really!! I know they took down the apartment sign because it was vandalized and you couldnt read it any more. Signed present tenant

It's very irresponsible to not put back the sign after it has been fixed. If there was an emergency, those apts. would be hard to find as they are all tucked back there.
