I lived there for 2 years the manager was wonderful, things were fix when they broke. I never had a issue with parking. Very quiet community. I moved when I bought a house, or I would have stayed. I saw the reviews about mold and so on. My question is why would you move into a place that was dirty and moldy and pay a deposit''' If you look at the dates these people claimed to have lived there its funny how they say 2007-2007.When We signed our 12mo lease we were told 12mo only nothing less. Talk to the manager and check out the place you might be suprised. Also I made friend with a large amount of the people there, if the place is so bad why would these people stay so long. 5 years 15 years and so on. Thanks for reading my comment.

I live on this property and have found the manager and her family to be nice and concerning people. I too have looked at the dates these comments where posted. These apartments have been owned by the same people for quite a few years now, so why is it now these 3 people are makeing such nasty comments? and leaving no names? Makes you wonder. This is a quiet community and we have had no problems. Lynn

What makes me wonder is that there are two positive comments the exact same day. That seems more suspicious then the negative posts. I posted one of the negative posts and I stand by what I said. The owner is awful, I never want to hear her voice ever again. I was a good tenant and I had nothing but problems. This place was the most horrible place I have ever lived in. It's great other people think it's so wonderful, but just because you didn't have problems, doesn't mean there aren't any.

I have been talked to Darlene who is the manager now about one unit in the complex. She told me that she will hold the place for me until my daughter come to see the place tonight. When I mentioned to her about the rating of the place she said that she has not looked into for it for awhile. She called me later to inform me that the owner already rented the place out. I called and left a message to ask her why and what wrong but she has not returned my phone call back. I have received a message from Apartment Ratings.com that the Strawberry Patch have a new rating. I too wonder why is that two positive comments the exact same day. I am glad that I read the rating first before I choose the place for me.
