The Summerfield is a great place to live, Beautiful landscaping and great neighbors. The Summerfield was built in the 70's, alot of the units redone. C-6 was redone, new carpets and misc. other things. There is not a mildew problem. Come and visit!

Yeah, I lived in a lower unit just after their attempt at "renovation". What a joke and the noise is unbearable.
