Where do I begin'

So apparently there WAS a pool. Well, it's been filled in and they're calling it a "barbeque area". Silly, since everyone has a balcony that they can easily place a grill on.

The fitness room smells like "poop" and is the size of half a standard bedroom. The "sauna" smells and I don't think is ever cleaned. The laundry room blows since no one in the complex knows how to read simple english stating NOT to use powdered soap. Not only that, but no one ever takes their clothes out when they're done so you're forced to touch other people's under garments. Oh and there's usually at least one washer broken at a time and no change machine nearby.

Parking's alright, since there is a lot of visitor parking in the back. You do get one assigned slot though, but expect it to be taken anyway by taxi drivers and vans from time to time.

Sadly, the place is being taken over by a certain "group" of people. Apparently there are quite a few families that rent out at least 4 different places and they're constantly shuffling about at all hours of the day and aren't friendly. Kids are normally screaming past 9 pm so sleep can sometimes be a pain, but the brightside is that you'll have a nice wake up call EARLY in the morning when they wake up.

You can expect to smell curry at random times of the day. (It's especially strong in the summer). The thin walls don't do much to stop the smell from seeping through the floors, nor do they prevent the sound of people walking around from being heard.

Although it's pretty close to Bellevue Square and Crossroads, it's such a rip off. There aren't any amenities and the type of people that live here make it unbearable. As for the lack of crime, hah. Last month there were 2 break-ins AND someone STOLE A CAR. This place has turned into a nightmare.

The above comments show the racist mentality of the above writer. When he says "Sadly, the place is being taken over by a certain "group" of people" we can see the utter contempt and haltered the writer conceals for people of other faith. I think for people who do not respect other human beings just because they happen to have a different faith, is to say the least nauseating for me. Summerfield is not for such people who breed such hatred for other human beings, there should be no place for such people in this planet.
But for those who want a nice place with affordable price, then Summerfield is the place to be. I have seen people of different faith and different color coexist here is all peace. Infect these people are as friendly as anyone else. Welcome to Summerfield where it’s a summer all round the year!

I currently live at Summerfield Apartments, and if it wasn't so cheap..I'd move out. I'm "a minority", and I do agree with a large portion of what was written in the review. But I choose to deal with all the little issues because of the price at Summerfield Apartments, but that's about it. ~G
