The complex is older then many around and the look of 1960's brown needs to go. The general look is not great and is badly maintained. The wooden structure is dark 'n dirty, it makes the apartments dull, even on the brightest day. If you have a cell phone cancel the service before moving here because it will not work once inside the complex. If you want the latest internet technologies forget it, no DSL no Cable. The stairways and out outside carpeting need replacing and yes the dull brown is even here. The management is very difficult to deal with and pretty much read you a list of rules that you are expected to follow or you?ll feel the wrath! The price of what you will be paying per month is very, very expensive and you could find a newer better maintained complex for the same per month or less.
