Northside (now The Regent) got bought out by a big corporation and is poorly managed by Pinnacle Property Management (American Management Services). They treat you and your apartment like a commidity that is solely dependent on "market conditions." However, if the leasing manager were competent, it might be ok, but the lack of customer service makes it very difficult to endure. Lots of apartments need updating. They will try to get you into worse case scenario to maximize their profits. Bad Vibe. It's sad. Bellevue residents may be in for a rude awakening. Good luck!!
