Nasty place since new management took over

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
They had all these plans to remodel every apt when it became empty. Don't be fooled by the display in the leasing office. None of it has taken place. The apartments are still in the late 60!s mode. Dark wood, Dark, Dark. They have also lowered the standards of who they rent to. Seem to be 3-4 adults in the 2 br and the noise is almost unbelieveable. Loud car radios and noise carries. People out on their patio late at night etc. The grounds are very well kept, but the management is very bad.
