The new manager Heather is wonderful! She started about a month ago and what a difference she has made! She is professional, kind and good for her word. I have lived her for almost 12 years and found it hard to accept a new owner, but with all the positive improvements (yes, they are being done) and the upgrades they have done it is still the best place to live in Bellevue!! Come see for your self and YOU make the judgement.... Sounds like someone has a personal ax to grind. The Regent is beautiful, professionally managed and a great place to live. I know that 3 of the Mariners just made it their home, I have met several Microsoft employees and a UW professor - if that is lowering standards, then I don't know what the heck the previous person was talking about!! This site was created for honest and truthful feedback. If you interviewed us "old timers" you would find that majority of us are very happy. I will probably continue to make this my home for another 12 years!!

This must have been written by management. The original staff when we moved here was very thorough. Lesile and Angelia were great. Heather and the other person in the office don't know the answers to any questions and make promises they don't keep. We have only lived here for a short period of time but we have seen changes that are not for the better. The maintenance staff is very responsible; however, they are not always effective. They aren't given the funds to fix things that are broken. All of the money spent on remodeling has taken away their ability to do maintenance.

I read in previous postings that people have had their cars broken into. Does that still occur? Any feed back would be appreciated because I do not want to live in a high crime neighborhood. Also, does anyone still have brown water from old pipes?

No one has responded to curious2. Any current info on this place as far as brown water and crime.
