Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
Though the Northside was purchased by another company, we have found them to be professional, efficient and friendly. The property has had some wonderful renovations done in the past 6 months. When looking at other apartments we just can't find the same atmosphere and quiet beauty that make the Regent at Bellevue Way (new name) so great. After living here for 4 years, we fully expected to get a rent increase but were pleased that it wasn't the 40% that so many have spread rumors about. In this area, we pay exactly what is expected. Great locations, wonderful landscaping and friendly staff and neighbors make this a wonderful place to continue to call home. We love it = even without Brenda here...the new staff is very nice and always available to answer questions or help us out. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
