I give 5 stars to the landscaping and grounds crew. Those guys do a great job with the complex. I have not had too many issues here.

The whole place has been remodelded, but the prior poster is correct that they did a very quick job. My carpeting was not installed properly and the woodwark is falling apart.

However, it is clean, quiet, and they will fix items when requested. I think they charge more than what it is truely worth, but I don't have any major complaints. It is safe also. No issues to date and that is the major thing to think of.
