PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS PLACE: I have lived here for 3 years and in the summertime the place is great. The pool and BBQ are wonderful. Unfortunately, nobody told me about living here in the wintertime. The heating element is in the ceiling. Expect your utility bills to range from $300-400 even with the heat turned down low. We had great people that used to work in the office, but recently management has changed and the new office personel don't work well with people who live well. Personally I think they've hired people from McDonalds.

Whatever! The new manager and whoever that staff is in there does not know anything! Where did the old manager go? We need her back! And yes, I live here too and my electric bill is $332 a month and I live in a two bedroom. Who are you? The manager herself? Look elsewhere.

I live here in a two bedroom with another roommate. The most expensive bill that I have received is 195$ and that was for having it on more than we needed to. Maybe you washing 2 dishes at a time in the dishwasher, or washing/drying two t-shirts at a time. You should look into how you live your life. I am a student here and I guess i know how to conserve.

I live here too in a one bedroom apartment. My highest electricity bill was $95 during the coldest part of November/December. During Thanksgiving holiday, I washed all my summer/fall clothes (probably about 30 washes/dries during), and my dishwasher is used about once a week. The bill was higher than $35/month I get, but I know what I've done that month....so not too bad!
