A bargain price for what it is worth

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
The office and the maintenance staff are the best. Water pressure and window insulations are great. I feel really safe living here. The only two disadventages at this complex are (1) the size of the room is a little bit small (studio is OK, though); (2)the locations of all the windows and door make a hot summer day unbearable (they are all on the same side).
