The apartment complex is fair overall with the exception of certain maintenance related problems. Given that the apartment is 30 years old, construction isn't quite the issue as much as degradation due to a lack of proper maintenance. Maintenance staff is unprofessional and appears to lack basic maintenance skills and are unwilling to spend the necessary time to properly address and/or correct certain problems. Some areas that have been recently addressed took several years before correcting. There is no excuse for that whether it's a management or maintenance issue. Should the problems with maintenance be resolved, this apartment complex would then rate above average in value.
