Issues with the apartment.

1.The apartments are badly maintained. I had problems with my lock not working abt 3 times in 2 months. It just woudnt lock and once this happened on a Sunday and it took the management people so long to arrive that i had to wait for 2 hours before i could actually leave my house.
2.The pipes are rusting. everytime you open your tap there is a small outburst of Colored water due to rust after which you see clean water. I have complained many times to the management about this but no one seems to care.
3.The apartments are old. The wood in the shelves are chipping in the edges.
4.There were tiny spiders in my apartment. Especially inside the Wooden Shelves.

The complex is very centrally located so they never have problems with vacancy. This is why they dont really care. The rent might appear cheap at first but its only about 40$ less than the much better apartments i have seen.

I woudnt recommend this apartment complex.
