I liked Timberwood a lot, the reason I'm not still living there is because my situation changed. It is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. The maintenance staff was prompt and cheerful. The management staff was always courteous and went out of their way to help me in anyway that they could with any issues that I had. Most of the other tennants were nice neighbors. The laundry rooms were well maintained and had newer machines. The speed bumps in the drives are atrocious! I saw cars 'bottom out' on them. I drive a SUV so my vehicle wasnt damaged.
