I have lived here for over two years now.. Chose this complex because of great value and amentities for low price. Water, sewer, garbage included. One bedroom is cozy but liveable. Private patios are nice. Pool, spa, and exercise room. Only downside is no washer/dryer in unit. But there are plently of laundry rooms on site. Overall this has been a great apartment. Not brand new, but still well taken care of. Beautiful, well kept grounds and great location. A !
