We've been living here for 3 years and the last year the life here became terrible. The ground is kept badly- all flowers are not watered, and you can see them only at the entrance, if you go further You'll see nothing but neglected bald ground. The waste bins stink, a great problem with squirrels, crows, spiders. The furniture is old and chipped. There are many people who live on the 8th program (the goverment pays for their rent, as they are unemployed) - so they are the biggest pain in the ass- they are having drunk parties till 4 o'clock in the morning almost every Friday and Saturday, they have fights (we have to call police monthly!), plenty of suspicious people visit them,their children are neglected and quite often run unattendantly since 7-8 o'clock in the morning causing great noise.
The walls are thin in the buildings- You can hear how one flashes his toilet, opens doors, even how he takes the dishes out of the cupboard and...even have sex.
The managers are quite often somewhere else, but in the office. Once they leave, they put the time, when they are supposed to return back- be sure they never do in time. They open office later and they close it earlier than they should. And the weekends they are hardly can be seen at all, though they have to work on Sundays and Saturdays also. The new manager is something- early in the morning, while everybody sleeps she walks around the property, makes photos of what is wrong (as she thinks) and puts notice letters on the doors of the tenants. This summer the swimming pool was closed!
The maintanance guys are ok, friendly and prompt. So altogether, it's a bad-bad-bad place. The only decent people who live here are moving as soon as they are able to own a house, white trash is still here and multyplying. That's sad.
Oh, by the way, while we were living here our car was twice robbed, some stuff was stolen. No wonder.
