I loved the location... walking distance to everything I needed - work, bus line, Bell Square, Safeway, park, plenty of restaurants/cafes/fast food. Either my neighbors were quiet or there are thick walls. No problems with locking my bicycle to the staircase.
Cornell & Ass's were definitely not folks I'd want to deal with again..... They obviously don't want middle class people in their apartments. They jacked up the rent too high, too fast. No issues with the onsite management - I don't expect them to be my best friends - just a business relationship.
I drive by every few months and they still have not repainted the exterior.
Parking is atrocious -- only 3 or so 'visitor' slots, so good luck if you have 2 or more cars.
