(Garden Court Unit)
Laundry facility is outside the units. There are 5 washers and 5 dryers to support over 50 units. The downside to this are 1) Outside renters use the same facility. 2) Beware of leaving your clothings and bin, There are instances were they just disappear and never to be found again.
There are 3 Office staff with approximately 4 facility crew that support two apartment complex; Espana and Garden Courts.
Espana has a phone number you can call regarding service request. But most of the times the request are not pass down to the facility crew, resulting in delay of services.
Supporting schools are (LakeHills Elem, O'Dea Junior High, Sammamish HS)
One of the main reason why we left is the amount and frequency of rate increase that was place on us ( I can only say what was given to me, since I do not have data for the other renters) An average of $50 for 9 months during the period of 1997-1999.
