Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
THis is a very old apartments, burners are old and do not stay attached to the stoves.Dish washers are very old.Washer and dryers are broken and never cleaned.Appearance is awkward.No assigned parking and hence you would have to park on roads or away from your house if it is later than 6.00 PM or so.Management is pretty bad.Most of the time maintaince never comes or if they fix it, it is done so badly that it gets broken again.Poor response by management,You have to keep repeatedly reminding htem to no avail.
Rent drastically shoots up by $120 after the 6 months lease
