The Espana Apartments are ok. You need to check your apartment when you move in. They show you an apartment that is ready not the one you will be moving into. They don't have a cleaning crew to come in and clean. So check your kitchen. But if you complain they will knock off some of the rent. There is a couple of people in the office that are nice and others that need to work on customer service. They don't come with screens so you must put that in your lease when you sign on and also ask them how much your rent will be when your lease it up. They will extend the special and they should put it on your lease papers. It is quiet and the pool is close but the bottom is not clean. The Garden Court are better then the other side. They don't spray for buggs so you get them coming in all the time. Anything they promise you at lease signing time you have to come back and follow up with them before moving in, the manager on site does not do a very good job at it. Your neighbors are dirty and they don't enforce them to clean up there decks to make it look nice.
But over all it is cheap and if your will to clean and fix things yourself you will have a nice place to live.
